Logging in for the first time


You must activate your user account before gaining access to the Red Cross’s digital services and systems. You can do this by clicking here.
This will start the process of setting up your account. The process is step-by-step:
  • You request a username and a password.
  • You will receive a text message with your username (firstname.middlename.surname@rodekors.org), and an email containing a link to create your password.
  • Next, you set up a login with SMS verification. Once this is configured, you log in to the services by entering your username + password + a code sent to your mobile phone.
  • Finally, you verify your identity using BankID. This is only required the first time you log in, and it ensures secure access to our systems. If you do not have BankID, please contact us and we will assist you.

To access your Microsoft products, you must log in to Korsveien after completing your initial login. This is to activate your license.
Please note: If you are inactive for 90 days, you will lose access to Teams. To regain this access, simply log in to Korsveien again to reactivate your license.
